Recall Inspection I was bringing my car in for a recall issues and the parts did have to be ordered so my next step is to call and make arrangements to have the repairs made. I am unsatisfied though during the inspection of the passenger seat recall they scratched the paint in the door well, which I did not see till yesterday. I am the only driver since the service and never open the passenger door but I did yesterday and saw the paint damage. New Car for Me. Did not feel pressured. Answered all of my questions. Made sure I was comfortable. Personable. All were friendly. They took the time I needed and worked with me. it was an adventure. Didn't feel like I wasn't good enough to be there. Gave me my space when needed. Great example of what Customer is suppose to be about.
