Inspection and oil change on my 2004 Z06 Service Advisor Thomas Lillard did an outstanding job getting my Corvette in for a Missouri state inspection and oil change in a very short time. He also helped me in searching for some tires for my car and called me back with the price and information about the proper tires for my car. Thanks for the help Thomas

Great salesman and pleasant buying experience My wife and I had a very pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle at Van Chevrolet, just over a month ago. We did our research online before driving to the dealership, so we knew what we were seeking. We were politely greeted by Rickey Turner and immediately felt comfortable talking with him. Interested browser I saw a pre-owned vehicle that I was interested in, so I inquired through cars.com. I got very courteous and prompt replies via e-mail and phone. The car I was hot on was no longer available and I was informed so and the salesman let me know that another similar one was still available but it was not exactly what I had in mind. I very much appreciated their promptness and honesty because it would have been a bit of a drive and time commitment for me to visit their dealership at the time.

Oil change and service They Took longer than was expected to change the oil filter and the air filter and also check the alignment but they gave me a loaner car which I was extremely pleased with seen that most the time you can't get a loaner vehicle

Great service and friendly too Tyler was a great help and thorough to make sure things were taken care of for me on my truck. Had an emergency repair needed and I was not from the area. I was only in town for a week. I read the great reports on social media about Vans and was not disappointed. If you are in the KC area, don't miss out on the great service provided here. In the end I was so impressed I went back a few days later and bought a new truck from the dealer. All I can say is thank you.

Outstanding! The new service Van Cadillac is offering is way beyond expectations. My SRX was scheduled to be picked up and a loaner brought to my house at 9:30. At 9:28 the loaner and Van Concierge were in my driveway. Andrew, the concierge, was professional and friendly; had the paperwork ready for my signature and off he went with my vehicle.
