Impressed! I had the pleasure of working with Jacob Messer on the purchase of my first Chevy product. I have been a long-time loyal Ford customer but my Equinox proved to be the best fit at this time. Jacob made the whole process as seamless as possible. My only suggestion for improvement would be to look for ways to speed up the entire process. Awesome Car Experience!! Heidi and everyone was amazing there. She was so patient and nice.
