Very helpful and polite Stacey Thomas worked with me to get me into a vehicle and he treated me like a person, rather than a dollar sign. He was polite, personable and professional. I did not feel like I was dealing with a typical used car salesman, or that I was being fed a bunch of words and ideas that I needed to hear in order to make money for the dealership. Made buying a new car quick and easy!! Great dealership and customer service! Sid Boucetta was my salesperson and was very friendly and helpful to me! Impressed! I had the pleasure of working with Jacob Messer on the purchase of my first Chevy product. I have been a long-time loyal Ford customer but my Equinox proved to be the best fit at this time. Jacob made the whole process as seamless as possible. My only suggestion for improvement would be to look for ways to speed up the entire process.
