1 Star : Likely to Recommend I’d recommend some other place before here the door isn’t even fixed up to par 1.5 Star : Repair Quality The door opens that’s great but the alignment of the door to the rear door is off. You have to slam the door to even have it shut. The rear door was taken apart and the plastic for the door cuff is missing. 2 Star : Customer Service Very very very communicative for the most part however lacked urgency for the communication with insurance. 4 Star : Returned Clean

When I spoke to the person who was my contact and estimator he said to me it was a "misunderstanding". There was no misunderstanding, I was clear. There was a clear mistake made. When I got there I was disappointed to learn that, while the major repair was completed, the pointless dent repair had not been done.
