2 Star : Likely to Recommend Good repairs but poor service 5 Star : Repair Quality From what I can see, the repair was done well. My concern is that it took almost 3 1/2 weeks to do the work once I was notified that’s parts were in. 2.5 Star : Customer Service I missed the email asking for an ok for repair. After 3 weeks I called them and found out they were waiting for my response. I think they should have followed up. Also it took over 3 weeks to repair after they got the parts. Too long entirely.
