The appointment did not start out very well. The appointment did not start out very well. After booking and driving my car from downtown Dallas to Carrollton, I was told to bring it back the following week, which I did. Upon arrival, I was told I would need to leave the car there for a few days so they could look at it. At my first appointment, they indicated I would need to leave it for a day, not numerous days.
