Good experience, wish I had recieved more for my trade in though. Everything was very smooth, nice, friendly salesman and finance people. I would recommend this dealer to all family and friends. Dealership easy to find, right off the highway. Love my new car!
While we were very pleased with both the level of service received and the quality of the Hyundai Genesis, we decided to select a different vehicle for other reasons. Freddie was extremely helpful and professional. He also showed interest by engaging follow-up activities with me (phone calls, emails) which is something we found alot of other dealers aren't doing. From the first moment I walked into this dealership (and I walked into 7 that day), I felt like a customer and not a "sale". I was able to state what I wanted, what I thought I could afford, why I was there in first place and never felt pressured. I bought my Tucson from Mark Porter and he's a great sales guy. I've had my Tucson serviced with help by Dave Porter and I'm more than satisfied!
Everyone at the dealership tries to make sure that the customer is happy, satisfied, meet all of the customers needs and be as nice as possible doing it. The dealership even continued to work for me after I had signed my papers and was able to get a better APR on my loan and called me a week later to please come back in and resign the papers. That is above and beyond.
From begining to end Heath, Mark and Tracye gave us first class service. Definetly a warm Texas welcome and personable. My husband and I looked at several cars in the same class as the Sonata and the 2011 Sonata by FAR was the best choice in price, looks and options. This was my first time buying a car, and VAN Hyundai Carrollton made it one of the worst business experiences I’ve ever had. I came in looking for a vehicle under $17,000 and was shown a Hyundai Kona listed at $15,900. The salesman, Alcario, promised the thin tires would be replaced, so I agreed to move forward. What followed was over six hours of waiting and constant runaround just to see any paperwork. Dealership staff was friendly, but the actual dealership tacked on almost $10k in extras and dealer "reconditioning" fees, then refused to truly negotiate on price. No guidance was provided on signing purchase and finance forms; optional forms were not plinted out as such. Finance staff spoke maybe 3 sentences, and only because conversation was initiated with them. As soon as purchase documents were signed, dealership became unresponsive. I went in to test drive a vehicle for my daughter. After test drive they brought me the price that was $9,000 over the advertised price. They said thing were added to car like low jack that couldn’t be taken off. I got up and walked out and the salesman and his manager chased me to my truck. After telling them I was done multiple times I had to scream at them to get them away from me and my daughter so we could leave. Complete waste of time.
