not a great experience This was a very good experience until we pulled off the lot. We found out they had spilled coffee on the seat after our test drive. We didn't see it until later because it was dark when we left. They did not make this right. We found out service had not been done on the vehicle. Only after getting a bit angry did they make that right. Personally, I would recommend going to a different dealer.
Lost opportunity I've owned over 30 vehicles and lost out on some good deals, but never when I had a check in my hand and on my way to a scheduled appointment to buy a car, like I did last night. Had I known it would have been sold out from under me (or as I was told after the fact, someone had put a deposit on the vehicle over a week ago), I wouldn't have spent the time getting the financing done ahead of time, printing a blank check, detailing my trade-in (2013 Crosstrek), and most importantly, wouldn't have gotten my hope... read more
Worst Service! Needed a simple new car detail. Took 4 hours and they did not clean anything. Service staff were very rude as were the phone people. Never got a call. Wasted an entire due to no communication
Unethical practices Sales rep was professional...sales manager was professional...general manager was nasty, went back on his word as to what they would give me for my trade-in and actually threw my car keys at me AFTER i HAD DRIVEN FORTY MILES TO THEIR DEALERSHIP. Avoid the dealer, worst experience ever I was trying to buy a 2014 Subaru Outback that this dealership was selling on their website. I was dealing with Guy Merola. He got a purchase price from his manager and presented it to me. I agreed on his price on the Outback. Since I was an out of state buyer, I gave the dealership a $500.00 credit card deposit. I was misinformed, disrespected, & lead on by people who are suppose to have integrity Service Technician-Preston General Manager- Joe Antal I took a 1999 Subaru Legacy Outback 2.5 liter into Van Subaru for service because it was having issues & not getting enough power. A certified technician overlooks the car & informs the service rep that My Cylinder Heads are not getting enough compression & whoever did them last put them on incorrectly. I should have known this would be an awful experience when I purchased our 2011 Outback at the old North Kansas City location and the salesperson repeatedly screwed up the invoicing over the course of a month. I nearly returned the car because the temp tags had nearly expired and I still had no title information or a proper invoice.
