Great cars difficult maintenance We have two great Legacy s, but am unlikely to buy another Subaru due to consistent issues with Vans maintenance department. Nice people but not problem solvers, poor Q/A and hard to contact management.
Purchase a new Subaru Two weeks after the sale, and the only thing I have received in follow-up is a insensitive Robo email. Have not heard from any Personnel at the dealership. During the process of trying to purchase a car I left numerous messages with both Sales Management and sales personnel, only to not be returned. No Good Car If you are looking to get a Subaru WRX, run away. The motor will blow and then you will be left with no help and a $30,000 shell of a car to sit in your driveway and stare at and get no help from anyone. Won't honor their written deal Had the deal in writing (email) for a 2017 Subaru Forester. We were trading in two vehicles for one and had several phone conversations over the trade in's, payoffs, etc. Set the appointment to complete the deal and found out they would not honor the numbers they put in their email to me. Claimed they didn't know about one of the trade in's have a lien. Turns out they had multiple people working this and they failed to talk to each other. Bad diagnostics Very bad experience with this dealer I took my car for misfire issues codes P0301, P030 and P0304 My vehicle was in the shop for 2 weeks they could not find the problem; finally last day got a call From the advisor telling me that the tech Subaru line found the problem AF sensor parts and labor $556.00 what a rip off. Toyed with me and lost a guaranteed sale. I went in with the full intention of purchasing a specific car they had on their lot. I drove in with my trade and was offered almost $2000 less than both KBB and Edmunds fair trade value. They would not move on the price of the car because they said they only had $700 margin in it, yet a few days after I went in they had marked it down $1200 on their website. not a great experience This was a very good experience until we pulled off the lot. We found out they had spilled coffee on the seat after our test drive. We didn't see it until later because it was dark when we left. They did not make this right. We found out service had not been done on the vehicle. Only after getting a bit angry did they make that right. Personally, I would recommend going to a different dealer.
Lost opportunity I've owned over 30 vehicles and lost out on some good deals, but never when I had a check in my hand and on my way to a scheduled appointment to buy a car, like I did last night. Worst Service! Needed a simple new car detail. Took 4 hours and they did not clean anything. Service staff were very rude as were the phone people. Never got a call. Wasted an entire due to no communication
