My experience at your dealership was a joke! Was given a 30 day temporary tag and it ran out before I received title app from fedex. Most unorganized experience I have ever had at a dealership, My salesman acted like he really didn’t care when I got the title application. Never go back to this dealership again.

The cars actual price was higher than what they advertised online. It got us in their door and wasted an evening. Very deceptive... true car dealers!

I bought a 2021 Subaru Forester from Van Subaru in June 2021. The buying experience was okay, but nothing special. I have since had my Forester serviced at this dealer -- until now. I made an online appointment recently for an oil change and tire rotation. The day before the appointment, I got a call from Van saying that my appointment was being cancelled. Found my Forester on their website. Took a screenshot and when we got to the dealership the price was higher. They agreed to sell it for the price in the screenshot and I signed a contract. Then another person comes over and says I have to pay an additional $598 for an OPTIONAL service they had already done to the car. The other agreement was no where in sight. The tires were bald on the outside but they would only replace if I paid an additional $800. There was only a fourth of a tank of gas when I picked it up. This dealer... read more

The service department is a fraud buyer beware of unneeded service sold. My friend that just lost her husband brought her car here for service. They sold her a front and rear diff service for $247. Her car has 16k on miles and service is not due until 30k on miles. I contacted Service department to question this service and they said it was dirty. First off all diff fluid is dirty at 16k. It's they velocity that matters. If there is anything abnormal then something must be wrong with the diff in that case it should be covere... read more

They spring hidden fees on you last minute during the signing process that are substantial. They refused to rectify a major mistake with the amenities on my car. They seem to care little for the customer and not at all for loyalty or if you return in the future.

My experience with the collision shop They've had my car 2 1/2 weeks without even contacting me they said it would be 2 1/2 weeks to repair but are now saying another week.I only know that from calling and asking them I called and left a message to inquire about my car and got no response Its been a day and a half.
