My 2000 Subaru Forester with 85,000-plus miles needed head gasket repairs. The service manager went to bat for me because I had had all my maintenance done through this Jack Miller dealership, and Subaru honored an "extended warranty." My repair costs were about half what they would normally have been. I have been to this dealer since 1999 and recommend them highly.
The service department is unethical. I took my car in left it in the overnight check in, fill out the paperwork explaining what was wrong. Since it had a coolant leak they cooked the engine. Did an oil change before diagnosing what was wrong with it and then they diagnosed it wrong. I had it hold to a different mechanic due to the high price of what they wanted to fix. What a nightmare. A simple oil change has turned into a non-resolution 3-day affair. The oil change leaked and I was first told a new mechanic did the job incorrectly. Then I was told it was a cracked oil filer. Additional problems occurred now with the car which were not present when I took the car in. I have bought many cars over my lifetime at dealerships and I have never encountered anything like this. Unacceptable.
The replacement of a single tire took in excess of an hour due to the MPI that resulted in multiple recommendations for things that should have been caught during previous MPI's.
Very nicely laid out but preliminary waiting area is insufficiently furnished for client comfort during heavy check in times.
My experience at your dealership was a joke! Was given a 30 day temporary tag and it ran out before I received title app from fedex. Most unorganized experience I have ever had at a dealership, My salesman acted like he really didn’t care when I got the title application. Never go back to this dealership again.
The cars actual price was higher than what they advertised online. It got us in their door and wasted an evening. Very deceptive... true car dealers!
Terrible experience. I should have walked out when I caught them in the first lie, but I didn't. I do not recommend this dealership.
