It was the easiest process I thought I could ever go through, if I had questions, I called right up and got the answers I was looking for. I have heard horror stories about getting a mortgage, but Vanderbilt made it super easy, let me know what documents they needed and got everything approved in a timely manner
We have had our loan with Vanderbilt for 14 years, they have always been great work with through the years. Recently, my company was bought out and I lost my job. I called them and asked if there was a way to defer or postpone one payment. Alex is our account rep, he is amazing. He talked to me with such concern, respect and humor. Due to a car accident, my husband and I fell behind on our payments. Although we tried to recover, we were unable to make an extra payment. Dyllan worked patiently with us to manage our account.
