They are dealers and very aggressive. Be careful, they are sketchy and have been for years. If you know what you are doing you can get a good price. If you're not diligent and watch their figures you will bettaken advantage of.
I did t like the extra charges they tried to add to the sale price, 2k for car detailing which is something a dealership should do to prep a car for sale to begin with, also the detailing sucked since there is a terrible smell and pet hair in allot of places. You can pay $400 for a true professional detailing that would remove odors and all stains.
In an out Danny was my service advisor he was a great advisor but the prices is extremely to high
Brought my vehicle for oil change at 10am and didn't leave till 2:30pm which was unacceptable.
Veh has a warranty extension regarding rear tail light having mositure in tail light. Would not repair the veh under this warranty. Very disappointed with dealership
I live in MI & purchased the used truck from Texas which is the 9th vehicle I've purchased online & out of state and was by far the worst experience. I requested detailed photos of the 3 worst blemishes on the interior and exterior of the truck several times and never received them. They assured me there were no blemishes. Once received, there are multiple blemishes. I'm very disappointed. They received payment 9 days ago. I still haven't received title paperwork or the spare key fab they owe me
I never had service. I am not sure why this is even reported.
