came in for a simple oil change. was pressured to buy other high dollar services took forever. will think twice about future service. .".",,,,,,,,,,,,,.
Sales guy did a great job. Used car input inspection personell are lousy. Received what I thought would be a trouble free truck. Turn signals are not working properly. Had to replace both front hubs and I changed the tires as the hubs caused the tires to wear incorrectly and the front tires ended up cupping and we're noisy beyond. Who ever inspects these vehicles should be let go or retrained from the bottom up. I will make it back down to the dealership to discuss these issues. Michael McDaniel
The purchasing process is broken. I was there for over 2 hours. Despite having a check-in hand from my bank. To make matters worse, they sold me a vehicle that did not have the original keys. Therefore the aftermarket key had limit functionality, and I had to go the actual dealership and purchase a key for my vehicle.
Scratched car - I brought my car to be serviced at Vandergriff Acura because it is closer and more convenient than Grubbs in Grapevine. The service advisor, Raya Feldman, was very unorganized. I had set an appointment for service with her through messages a few days prior. I go to the dealership and they were not able to find my appointment. Didn't tighten the oil drain plug completely, half the oil leaked out

I was quoted one hour and they had me wait there for 3 hours just for an oil change and tire rotation. I would have never taken my car there if I knew how ridiculously long I'd have to wait. I had worked all day and was tired, hungry and really angry after the 2 hour mark. They were supposed to wash it but it would have been another hour! This is the second time I've had my car serviced here and the second time it took hours. Never again!

Never got my second key or can manual. Called multiple times, no response. I drove 5 hours to get the car and didn't get any customer service. Plus my car is already making noises, 1 month from purchase.
I don't even know if they changed my oil. They didn't reset the setting on my Dashboard. So it says my oil is at 15%. Always telling me I need unnecessary maintenance on my car. Took it to 2 different mechanics and they only point out 3 of the things that Acura said that I need done. They've been doing this to me for 2 years! I'm done with them.
They lied about running my credit. I didn't need any financing. The price on the truck was higher then was sent to me via text and on marketplace. The financing manager wouldn't shake my hand. Really bad customer service. From the sales person to the management team all were dishonest.
