I sat in my vehicle and waited once I arrived. 4 employees walked pass my vehicle with me sitting in it waiting and never acknowledged that I was there. Finally a African American male worker walked over and asked me if I had been helped. I told him no and he went got thr manager who called for someone. Other than this, it was a good experience.

Upon arriving home I noticed my car wasn't washed, as it was communicated by the initial salesman. There was still residue from where the sale sticker was placed.
