James Wood body shop did a great job repairing the rear bumper and lift gate on my GMC Yukon Denali after a rear end collision. Looks like nothing happened! Perfect paint match, all electronics working.

I always get great service here. The only thing that I don't like is that they don't give out loaners anymore while your car is being repaired.

Inspection report kept failing. Dealer wanted me to drive vehicle for 5-7 key cycles. Vehicle still under warranty. Emailed service director and vehicle ready next day. Great recovery from Service team on my issue!

I made my appt online with ease! Arrived and greeted by my service rep AB. He was very professional and explained everything. I waited in the lobby while the maintenance was being done. It was nice and clean as the restroom.
