Went to test drive a used car we saw online for a decent price. I was a bit concerned due to a few red flags early in the process. First, they started asking about expected payments and credit score right off the bat, before we even saw the vehicle, much less drove it. I simply cannot say enough about our experience with Vandergriff Chevrolet and most especially their sales rep, Alicia Esquivel. I had searched for a truck for my spouse for well over a year, but each time I found something it was either sold or the dealer was not willing to budge in price. I was greeted on the parking lot and directed to sales. Alicia was fantastic at finding a vehicle that was the perfect for me! She kept the process flowing while keeping me informed along the way. Kenneth in Finance also exceeded my expectations. He was both effective and fun. Vandergriff’s process was seamless from beginning to end including Alicia’s follow up communication.
