AB was exceptional and knowledgeable.
Service advisor was excellent. Was able to take my coupon and provided an accurate estimate. Responsive to phone messages left and patient with my questions. Estimate time in the shop was also accurate. What I did not like was there is no courtesy van. Dealership use Lyft. I walked 1 1/2 mile each way, not a big deal.

Once my vehicle was looked at the repair was made quickly. I dropped off my vehicle on Saturday afternoon and it wasn't seen by a technician until Tuesday though.
It was a great experience and met all my expectations
