All of the people at Vandergriff were extremely pleasant and helpful. This includes members of sales team, the finance team, and others. The facility is modern and well kept. The inventory was impressive, giving me plenty of options. Pat Johnson was the perfect salesman, helpful but not pushy. He explained the car to me, paired my phone, and then set up Onstar. If I buy another car, I will call Pat first.

I had an exceptional experience at Vandergriff Chevrolet. From the moment I walked in, Carman was welcoming and attentive. Carman went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect vehicle for my needs. She was knowledgeable, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with my decision.
Found the car I wanted online and went in and asked for a test drive. The salesman, Troy Hurt, was quick to get the car ready and pulled around so that we could do the test drive. I decided then that I wanted the car, and he made the negotiating and purchase quick and painless. Didn't try to oversell and go back and forth. Definitely recommend everyone to reach out to Troy for a great car buying experience.
