Cecy was AMAZING to say the least. She comforted my nerves. She was informative, patient, and friendly. I was offered a water. When I listed out the features that I wanted in a vehicle, she immediately pointed out the one that I spotted on the dealer website. Talk about good saleswomanship! i had sent email for appt @ 8am. no one was suppose be there til 8:30!!! here comes emily @a little after 8. i called her the "early bird". maybe there is truth in the saying "the early bird gets the worm" i really liked the truck, i knew dealing with emily , i was not walking out without it. austin also deserves a pat on the back. also the gal who offered coffee. great job. p.s. my banker wasn't so happy!!! thanks bernie spanbauer
Good experience, but one issue they had to drain my gas tank and did fill it up back like it was .
