Lying Service Team. They’ll tell you anything to get your vehicle on their lot and then they’ll leave it sitting for more than a month while they don’t even bother to look at. And then they’ll lie about parts. How do you even know if you haven’t even pulled into a bay?
I was completely misled and taken advantage of by a finance manager at this dealership regarding the extended warranty for my vehicle. Despite my explicit request for a warranty that would run the full length of my 6 years of ownership, I was sold a warranty that started from the date of purchase and ended a year after the manufacturer's warranty would end. When I inquired about the car for sale they said it was still available . They told me they didn’t hold vehicles . I told them I was making arrangements to get there the following day. They called me inquiring about my trade . I then asked them if everything was good to leave and they said the vehicle was sold??? Why ask about my trade???
Please note, that if you go to their Website, they "GM Financial option is useless. If you do "Pre-qualify" they will tell you, you are prequalified for X max dollar amount but nothing else. In an email exchange with a sale person, in their words "Pre-qualification can be pretty vague. It would be best to get you 100% approved by a bank if you guys are ready to purchase" I said, "yes please let me know the specific" From that they took at as pulling my credit report. Very unprofessional and very poor in communication. I had the worste experience with this dealership. They are terrible.
Took my 2019 Traverse (69k miles) in to have an electrical diagnosis done after both headlights went out. Was told after the diagnostic that the headlights would need to be replaced but no mention of any possible issues that could’ve caused the problem. Purchased the vehicle from Vandergriff and received the standard, baseline dealership offering/help. Not to mention the vehicle was brought in for electrical issues (under warranty) in 2020. Ongoing issue with the vehicle not addressed.
Never again. Most over priced and over selling service department ever. I was very specific that I only wanted an oil change. The service writer wrote it down and still did more work than what I asked for which they took off when I said something. Very poor service writer. You can buy AC Delco parts for literally a small fraction of what they charge. It’s obscene. The time before I took myCorvette to a local Cadillac dealership to get my oil changed and had zero problems.
Your technician hold my truck 2 days and drive out somewhere 35 miles then my truck is now scratches I bought Silverado LTZ , after the technician done his work, the interior Rearview mirror scratches and being LT Rearview Mirror, by the way all 4 wheels scratches like used ( drum disks look seem old,too
I went in for two reasons, routine service (oil change) for my 2019 Chevy pickup and to visit with the sales department as I purchased an additional vehicle. The sale part of my visit was pleasant and wound up purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. On the other hand was quite disappointed regarding the service department.
