Very professional, check the complete auto and repair all the problems they find. The time of repairs was OK, (5 days) bout it was poor communication as the status of the repairs and the dates. I have to keep calling to the dealer several times
The Service Advisor performed exactly what I requested and did not pressure me to do any tasks that I wasn't financially prepared for. He did a great job advising me.

They greet you as soon as you drive up. They explain everything before servicing your car. Also giving you a print out of what is currently okay or not ok with your car.
The young lady that met me on the service deck was gracious and her knowledge of why I was there was likely due to good training.
Vandergriff is an amazing place to shop for cars and get your maintenance needs met. All of my oil changes have been done here and they never fail to be professional.
I was only expecting an oil change but they also rotated my tires, did a point inspection, and washed my car. Great service
