Chris lapid is always my go to guy. I'm always treated with respect and he is always willing to explain, plan, and work around my budgets. Also the waiting area has enough space for me to always find a comfortable place for me to work on things while I wait

They continue to work on your car until it is finished. You don't have to set around all day when you take your car to them. They also have trained workers working on your car.
