My experience with VanderGriff is with the Service Advisor Maui Leong. She is very friendly, personal, and compassionate about the warranty issue I had. To me, she is the face of Vandergriff and assured me she would alert the appropriate people about my vehicle problem. She kept me updated as to the progress of the repair being made, which helped minimize my anxieties. - Steve
