Overall interaction with the service advisor (Mr. Lapid) was very good. Concern was I had a coupon for $10 off service. I assumed this would be applied to my oil change. I was surprised to see that they charged for a multipoint inspection which oddly enough was $10 (rather suspicious). All other oil changes that I had in the past few years that I've dealt with Vandergriff there was always a multipoint inspection done at no charge.
