The reason you buy from a dealership is that they at minimum try to make sure that you have a functioning vehicle. Justin, the Service Director made sure that was the case. We bought a clean Honda CRV from the used car department and was really pleased with the presentation of the vehicle. After buying the car, we noticed that there was an issue the vehicle. When we decided we wanted to test drive the Honda Odyssey, Jose Cruz was the one to pick up the phone and schedule us with a test drive the same day. We clearly conveyed today we wouldn't be buying, but really confirming if this was our vehicle of choice. Chris Lapid, my service manager, is always super nice and helps me make the best decision to keep my car operating effectively and efficiently all the time. During my last visit he personally assisted me to replace a burnt out bulb, saving me a 2 hr wait due to a backlog of cars to be serviced. I couldn’t ask for better service than what Chris always provides!
Great service at this dealership. I normally ask for hung, he is an excellent service assessor and help me keep my vehicle in great shape, he explains clearly every service needed and gets it done fast. He checks for possible recall or software updates that i am not aware of and calls to keep me updated. My vehicle gets serviced fast and it is always ready to go at the time it was promised plus I get a free carwash. I trust my vehicle is well taken care of when I bring it to hung.

Craig was amazing and really helped me out when I was in a bad situation. He really cared about me as a person and not just a customer and did everything he could to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I could not recommend him anymore, he was truly incredible and this dealership made my dream come true.
