They was supposed to do a diagnostic inspection on my air conditioner which they sent me a bill of the inspection$ 2000 so my wife picked it up and controls didnt work right so she too it back and then sent he me another bill of what it would cost to fix it $1300 still I didnt get a total estimate until I started ask questions then they gave me a diagnostic inspection afterwards for the price I could have bought a new a/c for those prices WOW !

Be careful. They list a price the. Hit you with a $5000-7000 extra. The fine print states that is not including anything they paid or did to otro the car. Which is an exaggerating and ridiculous amount for a point inspection.

Because of regulations, prices that are stated in person or on the vehicle do state "subject to tax, title, registration, and other miscellaneous fees disclosed by the dealer" or something of the matter. Brought in car over five times for the emission light. They keep saying something different. Every time I bring the car back, the light comes back on. Dealership wasnt honest when they sold the car.

Probably the worst experience I have had with a Car Dealership. For context, we have visited this dealership on two separate purchase occasions and were dissatisfied both times. The first time, we were desperate for a car, so after much back and forth, we agreed to buy. The second, most recent time, I blamed myself for returning and expecting a different experience. went to this place to fix a recall (PWMS) on my 2003 CR-V . They wasted my whole day only to tell me they don't have the parts and can't fix it. I apparently have to bring the car some other day when they have the parts. They provided ride back and forth to my home. So I'm giving them a star for that, otherwise it was a very aggravating experience.
