They did not rotate the tires. There was a mark on the left rear tire and the same mark is still on the left rear after serving. The tire was not moved.

Tried to charge me an additional credit card 3% fee. Charged me for additional shop fees that were not quoted and were % based off the cost of the service. Would not go back.

I took my car to the shop to get the headlight fix twice cause they did do it right the first time. One day after I purchased the vehicle it started jerking they told me they going to find out what wrong with it but they still hasn't call me in to figure out why it jerks. I am never purchasing my company cars with them. No to mention I wind shield had a crack in it and they told me it will be $180.00 to fix and they would give me $100 to help pay for the window. Bad service, floor plate not screwed

I was lucky to print out the car details from the online shopping because when I went into the Vandergriff Honda dealership to buy the same car. the price l saw online changed (2k added) and a hidden fee of another 2k which they called reconditioning. I brought out the print out l have and insisted on the price l saw online. The whole process was not easy especially dealing with their financial manager . Though the initial agent l contacted Ella was nice to me.

Without my knowledge, charged me for air freshener. The service agent did not mention I carelessly signed. I never request air refresh. From now on I will be very careful and check everything before I sign.
