They were professional, friendly and very helpful. But it took all most a month for a recall and air conditioner leak.

Mercedes was an excellent advisor, kind, patient and kept me updated. Customer waitung area is comfortable and the snacks and beverages are appreciated.

Service took a really long time. The shop seemed understaffed. They did not fill my washer fluid, and did not vacuum interior as promised.

The porter on the drive was excellent kept us informed until the advisor was free to help, advisor was very efficient and took care of the services requested. Services were performed quickly and before estimated time of completion
