Charging more than MSRP!! Other Hyundai dealers don't!! First let me say used to work for 10 years for a large software company that produces systems for auto dealership management. We bought a car back in June and they said it came with Kahu. I never received my code for the app. I have called, messaged and gone up there to get it. Hector asked me to call him if I did not receive it, so I did. That was a week ago and I have still yet to hear back from him or receive my code i feel like I should get a refund because I never received the product I HAD to pay for. A/c wasn't fixed Poor service, lack professionalism. I brought in my Hyundai sonata 2013 for A/c and hose discharge repair. When i pick up , I find out some minute after the Air still don't work good. Now they want additional money for compressor. That's ridiculous, extortion. They did something similar to one of my friend. People stay away from this location.

Car was very clean except for finding an empty beer bottle i The car was very clean and ready for us after we signed the papers to buy it. But someone left an empty beer bottle in the console which is very upsetting to me. No one should have been drinking in this car and especially not leaving the empty bottle in it.

Deceptive Dealership After speaking to the internet sales representative via email she led me to believe that I would be getting the internet price of the vehicle $23. 257. I confirmed with her at two different times the price of the vehicle and she reassured me that the price was set. Once I drove 2 hrs and 30 minutes and test drove the vehicle, it was time to set down and discuss numbers. Terrible communication and customer service Although I am extremely happy with my car, the level of service I recieved from Vandergriff Hyundai was very poor. My car had a minor issue that needed to be fixed. i realized the USB port didnt work the day after I bought it. I called 2 times and emailed to get it fixed with no response either time. Did not honor advertised price Very bad experience, the old bait and swich. They advertised a price on the internet. I confirmed the price with internet sales manager by email but when I got there it was suddenly $2000 more because of added options that I did not want. Wasted 2 hours of my time.

Poor Sales Tactics Went by this dealership a couple of times when looking for a car this summer and was very disappointed. They advertise a price on the internet and then add hefty additional charges when you go in to make the deal. (Bait and switch!) Sadly, one of the salesman I dealt with was very unprofessional and seemed very inexperienced. He called me several times just to tell me the same thing over and over. Take advantage of you These people are terrible. They want you to come back every 3500 miles and mfg requirement is 7500 miles (for 2018 Santa Fe) check your owners manual, Hyundaiusa website for your vehicle. I would never recommend.
