My 2007 camry needed to replace a new alternator and a new battery after Vandergriff Toyota did all tests. They told me that the alternator they going to replace in my car is BRAND NEW, no REFURBISHED or REMANUFACTURE. I did confirm with them many times that I do NOT want to replace the refurbished or remanufacture product. I went home and found out that the new alternator that they replaced in my car has a sticker REMANUFACTURE on it. I am so disappointed to what Vandergriff Toyota did to me.
