Just bought my car 4 months prior from this dealership. I took it in for my first oil change and tire rotation. They called and said it needed $130 alignment . One of the few things not covered under warranty. Took it straight to the place that I always use. Nothing wrong with my alignment. Just trying to pad the bill. Then I noticed they set all my personal settings on my door locks, sensors etc back to factory settings. They have lost all of my trust.

Waited 2 and half hours for an oil change and still didnt do everything I asked of them. The worst Toyota Ive been to. They have an associate named Chuck Taylor who doesnt even know what hes doing.

This Vandergriff Toyota in Arlington TX disrespects customers. I came to have brake pads replacement on June 2nd, 2021. I had to bring it back a week later because of the terrible noise. I had to wait for 3 hours without anyone let me know what is going on. I had to come back the next day and waited for another 3 hours. Finally, they let me know that they did a bad job for resurfacing the rear rotors the week before. The rotors were warped. Not recommend this place. 1-star rated.

I am satisfied with Vandergriff for the most part. However, I really feel that there is a problem with the master cylinder and best practices would have been to completely replace it.

Went in for ZAKTEK and my vehicle came out with a huge scratch by the door handle, my front bumper cracked and loose on the corner and unbuffed areas at the top of the doors.

Terrible at keeping customers updated on status, very delayed to return calls, even if just missing a call 10 seconds prior.

The anti freeze was not filled and I was not notified it was low. The oil was not changed, this auto review listed it.

They let me leave the shop with 2 precent brakes, and told me to come back next week. Of course I didn't, I would have to drive on a major highway . It would have been to dangerous. So I took it somewhere else

The prices for maintenance are the highest in the metroplex. They also charge a 3% fee if you use a credit card. The matched the prices of other local dealerships which saved me $50. They also told me I needed alignment but I saw the before and after, I realized I was scammed. I didnt need alignment. I wont be going back.
