The vendor was mad with me for buying another car. He kept calling me top tell me that I called him when the last call I made was weeks ago. Horrible experience!

it was difficult to get what was wronged to me in the first place. I jumped many hurdles trying to get my tires. I visited once before this and was told, tires on my new car was ok to have different tires. I wont be going back to this TOYOTA dealership ever again.

Told me I did not need a appointment got there they asked me when my appointment was I went there for airbag service no one told me I needed to have the part ordered before I got there my car said there for three and a half hours they did nothing

they give me the wrong diagnostic thankfully i pull the vehicle out because they were over charging for the mistaken diagnostic fix!
They said that my suspicion was correct and it was corrected. No one informed me of how much it was off or the amount of correction necessary or gave me a printed alignment sheet? For all I know they looked at it and did nothing??
Employees tampered with vehicle security system.
Told me I needed my brake fluid replaced when they had just done that last September. When I questioned it they said oh, that was a mistake and the tech just hurried through the inspection too fast. It made me question their integrity.
