I have never brought my 2004 Corolla to Vandergriff Toyota in 10/18/2021. Not sure why it was marked Service Performed!

I purchased a 2022 supra and with a deposit of 17,000 after I drove off no buddy new my name I go there for my new plates and there young mechanic put the sticker in my view understand this is a coupe with a 10 position setting Called them about this but never received a call back now I have to go for 2 years with this headache dont recommend them to service my car

The guy that helped me was so rude also had another concern still having issues that were suppose to have been fixed! Not happy!!!!!!!!!!!

Scratched one of my doors when I took the car in to install window tint. When called about it they claimed because it was not the door they were directly working on, they did not do it.

I brought my car for changing the front mirror, on Monday morning by 8 since there, I didn't have any otherwise from Vandergriff Toyota, I used uber, no car they give me to use for 3 days going to work with uber sometimes I reach to work late, imgn when I call Toyota nothing done and I usually pay the car for every month, not good service at all

There was nothing wrong and nothing right. I have been waiting over a month for the recalled part to arrive. Based upon their advice, I have forgone the oil change and tire rotation in an attempt to get it all done at once. Basically, my rating is N/A.

I was very disappointed with the service. I was not told in advance that Vandergriff service personnel would add an oil additive without my permission. I feel that I was over charged for an oil change.

This car did not get such this service on 9/13/2021. I scheduled my car for a safety recall 2 months ago. They called to cancel my appointment because they needed to order some parts. After a month I called to check back, the part still did not arrive. A month later, I called again and still no progress. And now I am still waiting hopelessly! Suddenly, I see this record on carfax! They did no work but why they posted this record on carfax! Ridiculous!

Horrible they took out the engine in the cx9 and absolutely ruined it more than it already was. Chris Bruder and Vandergriff buy and sell faulty cars to make a profit. Chris Bruder willingly admitted to selling us a faulty car and then try to get us to sell it back to them for less what we paid so that we are forced to purchase another vehicle from Vandergriff.
