Personal attention, direct conversation, know what is happening, service personnel take time to ensure you understand what was done to your vehicle and explain your vehicles capabilities that you might not know about. In every respect you are treated like an important person and you will leave better than you came.

Went in for paint sealant renewal and was told new fuel pump for recall was available and had it replaced. Next morning garage smelled like we had gas leak afraid to drive car finally 3 days later smell left. Not sure if sloppy or it was to be expected but should have been told what to expect.
