After this last visit, I will not return to Vandergriff Toyota for maintenance of my car. I made an appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation which was going to total $89.95 and I had a $50 gift card through a promotional email I receiver from Vandergriff Toyota. My truck was just there for an oil change and diagnostic on brakes. Checked in at 11:00 for my pre - arranged service. They did not even look at it when I arrived at 4:45 after not getting any updates on whether it was done or not. Losing track of a service ticket is not professional. Won't be back.

Service advisors refuse to right stuff up to be checked under warranty. They damage my chrome lug nuts and blame me for problem. Once out of warranty find a good small business 4 service.

Bought a car there. Got home and the bumper had fallen off. Called back and talked to Kevin and he told me "You bought a cheap car." They eventually agreed to fix it and whn I brought it back in they had it "fixed" by some shady outsourced person, would not tell ke what they did to it an provided bo service record.

My horn on my truck doesn't work again since it being fixed a little over a week ago at your dealership..when may zi return to have it fixed..I was charged for this service and it was not fixed.
