Went in for a service light that came on and eight days later, the exact same service light came on. Dropped the vehicle off again two weeks later at 10 this morning and they didn't get it fixed today. Thankfully, I have a second vehicle I can use.

We had a 3:00 pm appointment for an oil change, but had to wait a good while before service could begin because technicians were out to lunch," 'on their lunch break.," Then we had to wait longer for the service to actually be completed. If an appointment time is scheduled, there should be service technicians take care of you right then or within 5 minutes. Our time there was way too long.

Did not like the over charge estimate. Had to speak to the service department Manager to find the reasonable price cost.

I took my car in for a recall service. That was fixed. I think? While it was going to be there I asked them to check my car front and back tires on the drivers side because I heard a noise. I also asked them to rotate the tires and do a wheel alignment because it was due. My car was also due for an oil change. So they did that as well. They also changed the cabin air filter for me.
