My breaks weren't inspected well cuss there's noise when I apply it

Didn't like the service I bought 2224 crew cab at 72,000 thousand dollars already having issues with the truck itself 3 recalls then got hit with frontaliment cost me 200$ only have only 23,000 it seems to me every time I take my truck in for oil change I get hit with some kind labor that needs done ,I think ur technician are worthless there doing this to every body I think it's a scam or ripofff it's getting worse bye the year.i will not buy another truck at vandregriff Toyota or any other vehicles.very sad when nobody's ha... read more

They take way too long even when you have an appointment. There's literally no reason to even make an appointment because they're not going to honor it.

They had a very long wait this time and even though tires were rotated they were not topped off with air.

Very busy, service as prompt as possible but still a tedious experience, it's not the quietest waiting area, and mushy chairs did my back no favors.

All I can say is I was disappointed. Had a 1k service on 3/24. When I got home I discovered I had an oil leak. Made an appointment to get it fixed. Waited for 3 hours even with an appointment. Terrible!!!
