Worst experience I've ever had. I just wanted an oil change and I was charge over $600 for services I did not request nor were they explained to me.

Gd morning l came last week with car having problems they collected $200.00 dollars from me and car wasn't Fixed still Shaking when I'm Driving I am Bringing the Car Back Today when I'm Driving almost having Accidents with another Vehicle and when trying to Turn it to another Lane it will be Shifted and Shaking thanks for asking

Finance manager was very unethical and dishonest adding products and services on the contract that neither I or my sister consented to buying. It was closing time and we were exhausted with the wait. I only know this to be a fact because I use to work for auto finance department for a bank so I was well aware of these contracts work. Then I had to ask the manager for the prepaid maintenance contract so my sister knows what services she could get. All we wanted was the vehicle no extra products.

The girl took my services didn't tell me anything about my car, which has a replaced tire already but she told me to wait for a long time
The worst experience I've ever had at this location to service my car. Absolutely zero communication from the "advisor" I was assigned. I called the service department 5 times and requested a call back or text each time to no avail. My car was kept at the dealership against my knowledge and I found out when I was able to go in person to question why my car wasn't ready for pick up - just to find out the "advisor" and the rest of the department was gone for the weekend.
