Even though I had an appointment, my 25,000 mile service took nearly 3 hours. I also have the club plus warranty that includes paintless dent repair. When I scheduled my appointment I specifically asked if I could have my door dings repaired at your facility and was told yes. Upon arrival my service advisor told me I needed to go to DFW Collision repair across the street. After my repair I went to this body shop and was told they don't do this work for your shop anymore. Adolfo gave me the impression that 2 services were needed at 50k. No. Upsell that I fell for. I would/would not recommend cause I'm sure all dealerships do this. Thanks for the loaner car.

This guy named luis who gave me my service did something that was shady i dknt know why i had a quote for service that said it was going to be 852.00 dollars wich is why i decided to do the whole full service bit some reason i ended up paying more then what my original quote was wich was 1250$ in the end he ended up charging me over 1300$ wich he couldnt explain whe hejust said taxes i said so over 500$ in taxes its crazy but anyways i am never steping in to do service at this locstion even tho its the closets to me. Service care provider or person was very unwelcoming and rude. Usually the people that have taken care of me have been really nice. Not this guy I know his names on my recipt just don't have it with me I thought he was Asian for some weird reason. But his names is Hispanic he was rude.

I took my truck for a battery terminal service. They told me my rear brake is 2mm. It needed to be replaced right then, it's dangerous. I was given option to get rental and everything. I took the truck to another dealership. They told me my trucks brake is fine.
