Great Service!!! I came to the dealership to do a oil change to my Tacoma. Luis was very friendly and he check in the system if my truck have any recall. He got my truck and he finished in less than a hour. Also, he explain me better about all the benefits that I have with my warranty that include a paint treatment that I don't know about it. Toyota Service I brought my Toyota tundra in for Zaktek protection coating yesterday, and 2 weeks ago Dic. 2 Kevin took care about my problem with the radio, he said need it replace it. I am waiting for information about the new radio. Kevin took care of everything and was very polite.
A person you can trust Luis is the service advisor I ask for and work with on every visit. He is attentive, responsive, as well as quick to get your car into the service bays. He stays on top of the status of your vehicle and communicates any issues immediately to the customer. He is without a doubt, and honest individual who's word you can count on, if he says he'll do it, he does. In all actuality, he is the reason I return there for all my vehicle maintenance needs, he makes that much of a difference.

Excellent Service I came to Vandergriff for my Tundra's routine Maintenance Service. Came to find out my service advisor was on vacation but Luis Viloria stepped in and took care of it. Luis was very friendly and got me in and out in less an hour on a busy Friday afternoon. I will definitely look for Luis again during the next Maintenance service.

Thanks, good job. I took my Prius for routine maintenance yesterday. Dan Guevara gave excellent service. Everything went smoothly and quickly. He even replaced the battery in my key fob which no longer locked and unlocked the doors. I have been pleased with the service here ever since changing from another (nearer) dealership which we had used for years before it was bought out and their service became "shady".
