Excellent/Bad Experience This review is in no way a reflection of the type of service Ryan Parker gives; it is top notch and deserves 5 stars. I was approached by another individual at first. Customer Feiendly I took my car in for the 5,000 mile service. Everything was smooth and easy. Matt Hagee took care of everything and was very polite. I was in and out in an hour. Thank you for handling my service visit. My first visit was a pleasant experience.
Recall fix I would just like to say Kevin Fitzgerald sure took great care of me! I brought my Toyota in for some recall items needing attention, and Kevin and crew took great care of me, and made me feel like I had just bought a fleet of Toyota’s! First class treatment and service! I have been sckeptical of dealerships from dealing with them in the past, poor service and feeling like I just got taken by some Snake oil salesman, but not here! Not by Vandergriff Toyota in Arlington! I’ll definitely come back!
Quick and Easy Vandergriff Toyota is extremely helpful and efficient. They reminded me my free maintenance period was about to expire so I could get my 25K check up done timely. I called at 9:00 am on a Friday morning for an appointment and had the car in by 10:15 am. They did the check up and a state inspection and called me to let me know it was ready by 1:00 pm. Great job, fair price and reasonable time I did take my car for required service on 11/29/2017 and Mr.Kevin Fitzgerald took care of that and even I did not have appointment but they did extra effort to check vehicle care package and multi-point inspection it took less time then they promised. I just like Thank you all and specially Mr.Kevin Fitzgerald for great job done and explained all those important points.

Fast and professional This was the best car buying experience, I've had in 40 years! Car was priced right didn't have beg for a deal. Eric Hill, Willie Carr and Ariel Yepez are AWESOME!!!!
