Outstanding Came in, great customer service all the way around, from seller to finance people, which I had 2 finance taking care of me, this experience is better than I expected, warranty on a Toyota and the length of it was a great surprise, highly reccomending this location to everyone in the U.S.
Great service department The service department has always been great on my 2015 Sienna. It sells cars. The business office was pushy and had me pay to do bi weekly payments. The sales department was good at sale, but keep pushing me to buy a new one. I love the reminders the service department sends. I received an email saying my van was due for 20,000 mile check up. I used Miguel Martinez. He was hard working, friendly and knew his stuff.
Service department My service advisor Louis Viloria is the best. He is very attentive to my needs and follows through on everything. He makes sure my service is done as scheduled and on schedule. I DO NOT LIKE TO WAIT ADDITIONAL TIME OVER AND ABOVE WHAT IS PROMISED. Louis DOES A GREAT JOB KEEPING THINGS ON TIME! So far every service experience has been perfect.
Routine Maintenance and oil change The online scheduling makes it very easy to find a time that worked for me. I was in and out very quickly and the staff was friendly as always.
Quick efficient service I brought in my car for exterior maintenance, a service that normally takes 3-4 hours. They had it done in 3 hours and called me promptly, with shuttle rides to and from my house. Friendly and efficient!
Great place Nice workers, especially Sara Fraire really helped me in getting my car she’s super friendly, nice place I will recommend it to anyone one looking to get a car.

Taking Care of Business I took my car in for a service on 01/02/18. I had scheduled an appointment and was assigned to Mike, service advisor. I have been assisted by Mike on several occasions in the past. He is always helpful, professional and informative. I know what needs to be done and how much it will cost before my car is touched. He did not try to talk me into getting something that I did not need. There is noting that I hate more than to feel as if I am being taken advantage of.
