Bought used, great team, clean place. Ask for Prosper. Phenomenal guy. Great to work with. The sales manager, Ray, was also a pleasure as was Kennedy, whom rode with me on the test drive. I'd give those guys 5 stars. The process is a different story. Nearly knocked off one star because the advertised price was less than the out-the-door price due to the Toyota Certification. Multiple repair issues wih my Toyota 4 Runner Excellent, prompt, trustworthy service! Out in 1 day! I have been coming into this agency for many years and I feel they keep my vehicle in top shape.
I brought my car for service and was done well and fast. I would recommend the dealers because they were prompt and serviced my car within a very short time and did it well. Matt was excellent.
Customer Service approaching "high end" car dealerships I drive a 2017 Toyota Camry - pretty basic. The customer service I've received so far is the best I've experienced: prompt, to the point, and friendly. This dealership obviously understands the mutual value of connecting with the customer, and they apparently select and train their personnel to understand this value.
Always a great place to get car taken of in a timely manner Ryan was very helpful and informative about what needed to be done, and they had the car out quicker then I would have thought. Great buying experience. Bought a 2016 Prius yesterday and my sales rep, Messi Moarles, did the deal with me. Great guy! He really helped me out when negotiating the deal and I am really please with how everything turned out during the sales process and they got me out of the dealership and into my car in record time!
