Sales Rep was great and had a great experience with them. Financing was a bit dodgy as they quoted a rate and it ended up being .5% higher. Dealer uses a dubious "servicing fee" tactic that isn't reflected in the advertised price which is likely a violation of Texas Law - would recommend you beware if you're going to purchase from them.

Dashboard wes left dirty and smudged. Car was dirty inside after radio installed. Passenger seat was left fully reclined. Maintenance required message is still displayed after service. Car wasn't washed after service.

The service seemed over priced and there saw a silicone sealant stuck to my bumper. I was very disappointed

Took my Highlander in for appointment made online thru an email for same day appt & service on May 23. Began calling at 6:10 to see if I could pickup my car by the 7 closing. Luis, asst service mgr's phone went to voicemail twice so I called the service # & was told that Luis would call me back. Did not happen. I called May 24 at 7:20am & Luis said my car would be ready by 9am. At 11am, I called & was told he would call as soon as he had the keys & the service tech had just taken it out for a test drive( not sure as mileage ... read more

The service advisor failed to disclose the service rates until after services were rendered, so I was charged extremely high service fees for basic services. Had I known this, I would have shopped around for more affordable service rates.

Horrible service. Attempted to charge me $2000 to replace an alternator that was damaged during a previous service (coolant flush) at their shop. Will never return to this dealer.
