I'm not happy with my car.it has problems. I wouldn't recommend

They didn't tighten the seal on the plug properly so my brand new van leaked oil all over my driveway, had to bring it back which was time away from work for them to correct the issue. The desk staff was very nice and handled the issue well. Just frustrating when you take the extra time to come to a dealership for oil change you expect better quality techs.

Everything was a half hour late and eventually left without progress. Went to Burlson Toyota service center and my problem was solved by the attendant that was checking me in. Took less than 3 minutes to solve problem and be on my way!!!

job was done and Ryan, my service rep. is great! However, a defective part was installed that resulted in a large oil spill on my garage floor!! This was a poor job by the tech. Now I have a huge oil stain on my garage floor. Ryan P. made sure that the part was replaced and car cleaned, but damage was done.

The service was ok. The car is fixed and that is why I was there. But I was not happy about the surprise when paying. Yes they had given me the cost in advance but did not tell me that they now add a 3% surcharge if you pay with a credit card. There was a sign on the back of the monitor when you go to pay. This is not the way to do this! It's not that it was a lot but it was the principal of the thing. They may as well ask for a Tip! I will find a different shop in the future!.
