The cover for my positive battery terminal was left off also the vacuum hose to my air cleaner was disconnected I'm assuming while they were doing their "multi point inspection causing my check engine light to come on
I WILL NEVER GO BACK. My initial deal with them in 2024 was fine. I got a call to refinance, but decided to trade my car instead. I traded for a 2021 Tesla and put a deposit down. I get a text a few days later to call the bank to complete the interview to fund the deal. Sales great! Financial person bad! financial director bad
Either caused further damage after a tire change from pothole (admitted a piece of rod they installed was missing the next day when I heard a loud bang, rushing and damage to 3 tires), or did not complete the 21 point inspection like they documented and sent to me, and they put me back on the road with extensive damage. Looked at me like I was crazy several times because no damage they could see caused the violent bang etc the next day. I don't think the service was done for the just tire pressure and I have to take it somewhere
Came in for oil change, did not even reset maintenance after completion
I encountered a few concerns during my recent service visit. Firstly, the service representative did not uphold their previous commitment regarding matching coupons from other dealerships. Secondly, I was informed that tire rotation, fuel cleaner, and oil conditioner would be provided without charge. While the tire rotation was complimentary, I was charged $27.52 each for the fuel cleaner and oil conditioner, totaling $55.04 in additional services.
