I was told that they had no idea why my drivers seat loses height adjustment. The rep even pumped it up after I got there knowing that I had done that the day before. They wanted me to leave it so they could watch it as if I was lying to them about losing height adjustment. It is a mechanical not pneumatic system so tough to know what its going on. That has been several weeks ago now. I was told they would contact me if this became a known problem. Mean while I still have to pump up the seat daily.

The person I made an appointment with did not show up. Subsequently someone else serviced me; however, it took over 6 hours. Purchasing a vehicle should only take 2 hours or less when you come pre-approved.
