2014 Toyota Sienna Van Luis Viloria has been a great service rep to us. I called him and told him I thought I was having a brake problem with my van. He immediately told me to bring it in. It turned out that is was a problem with Dust on the pads. I feel that Luis is taking care of me. Thank you Toyota for having a valuable employee in Luis Viloria.
