Vandergriff is always really good with their service. It gets a little busy but they take care of you without overcharging.
As usual, Ryan Parker gave me exceptional car service advice, and the service team took good care of my RAV4!
My experience was very satisfying, the guy's were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, I will definitely do business with them again.
Luis Jimenez was an amazing advisor. He communicates well and makes sure you are satisfied. Turnaround time was quick.
The Assistant Service Manager dealt with my vehicle and he was excellent.

The first service rep I spoke with was rude and condescending. The second person, his name is Benny, was very polite and helpful.
They are the very best! Last time I was there, I got a free oil change from my dad and they are the very best with the best Integrity.
My only problem with Vandergriff Toyota is that each time I go there (every 6 months) they try to sell me something I don't need. I check with my car booklet and if it does not say I need it, I refuse it. Otherwise the service is fine.
