The one big issue I had was with the technician that worked on my truck. It seems like the tech replaced my water pump and belt but I had to go back the same day because my truck was making this loud sound from where the belt was located. So they had to bring in a Master tech and look under the hood. He quickly realized that the other "Young" technician put my belt on wrong. That's why it was making this loud sound. I truly believe someone needs to look into this. The service advisor was GREAT!

The service time and length of time for servicing my vehicle was excellent. Also, the tech was courteous and and informed about my vehicle service needs.

Turned out to be great, which GREATLY depends on the service advisor. Chris is very unprofessional and appears lazy. Your manager actually saved the day! I will ask for Lonnie in the future
