We have come up for renewal at the Vantage at Spring Creek apartments in Richardson, TX and I will say, they are attempting robbery. Rent is going up about 300 dollars for us and NOTHING has been done to correct or fix the property since they acquired it. To list the problems, here is what has been experienced: -Pot and cigarette smoke all over -Holes in all the stairwells from people smashing the doors into the walls -Vomit in the stairwells and garage, as well as broken glass -Subletting various apartments, to which the ... read more
