Love love love Greatest label maker I've had, I use it for candles and none have come off yet! It's also got great colour and the compact size is super handy.

Great for short term label requirements q Nice little label printer for very short run labels. It's far too slow for anything of volume. I purchased this printer knowing it's speed limitations. The labels don't last very long using this printing technology which is a very clever way of obtaining multiple colours via a thermal print head.
Hardest Printer to Install I purchased this over 6 months ago. Could not get this to download or even work. Tried day after day. Could not get a refund so i just put it aside. Then i decided this thing has to work and finally was able to download onto the computer. Then i played with the labels and started to create. Not a quick printing printer but for the small stuff it works. It is a good machine once you get it to work. So i understand the frustrations of many of the users.
Great unit. Just the grey scale isn’t great I brought this to use in my business and use the grey scale as my background. The grey comes out with a bit of a pink under tone and just isn’t great for what I’m using it for. But I’ve changed my design and it now works great.
Really handy for small business Really handy gadget to have that allows me to print labels on demand for my small business. Easy to setup and use, and I love that I'm not creating cartridge waste. I do feel limited in only being able to make square/rectangular labels though, and so I hope Brother will make circular and other shape labels available too!
