Works well This is quite a small yet handy printer that will fit in any enviroment. My printer is on my desk, takes hardly any space and gets the job done. The printer works amazing for my small business.

Nice printer, but need 54mm label Nice small colour label printer, we use it to label ID cards. One issue, the label only 50mm while the ID card width is 54mm

It's OK, at best Prior to purchase, I contacted customer service to inquire whether this will work for my purpose - I need to mobile print prescription labels in a pdf format from a tablet . I was told this would not be a problem that it recognizes pdf. No, it doesn't. I now have to transfer the pdf to a notes program and save as an image, then locate the image from the gallery and then print. The labels come out very clear and are waterproof - which is necessary. NOT WATERPROOF I am disappointed that the labels are not waterproof like other models of you label makes
Great little printer A little difficulty in setting but now works fine I have had problems sourcing the paper
